This series is free, informal and open to the public. Workshops are not interconnected – you’re invited to attend any one, or all. Bring your laptop or tablet, particularly if you have questions about your social media. There will be guest speakers at some workshops.

Social Media Basics for Artists (and small businesses)

Jan 19, 2012 – Selling Your Art with Social Media and the web: selling through art sites, Etsy, and plugin “stores” for your web site and social media. Panel discussion.

Feb 2, 2012 (rescheduled from Jan 5) – Social Media Basics Workshop
This is an informal open workshop and panel. The goal is to help you polish your social media skills and to troubleshoot. Bring your laptop or tablet and your Social Media questions regarding Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, etc.

A Londonderry native, Andy is a former radio professional, on-air personality and gentleman farmer with over 25 years of marketing and promotional experience. Public events, social media, copywriting and content are his specialties. Andy has a passion for local art and culture, believing that the arts enhance the quality of life for both artist and beholder.
